Hello,The carriers control when formal releases of OS levels happen for their customers. RIM releases OS packages to the carriers, who in turn test and decide if they will release it. I honestly don't think I've ever seen a carrier pre-announce something that would actually answer your question.Good luck! At our organization several people have the Dell Optiplex GX620. These are equipped with a DVD reader/ CD writer drive. They refuse to burn CD any cds using the microsoft burning software There was an error in the writing process. The disc you have attempted to write may no longer be usable. Nero was installed and they burn fine. The same CDs were used with the Microsoft burning software and the Nero so we know its not a CD or a CD burner issue. It seems to be a microsoft problem.

We would rather not have to purchase a copy of Nero or other burning software for each new PC.
